1. Eligibility

1.1 This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The Super Patch Company, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The giveaway begins at August 6, 2024 at 3:00pm EST and ends at August 10, 2024 at 1:00pm EST (the "Entry Period").

2.2 Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the sign-up form on the landing page at https://www.monsters-are-real.com/.

3.2 Individuals can gain one additional entry if they:

• - Like the post
• - Share the post to their Instagram story and tag @superpatchco and @monstermichaeltodd along with #MonstersAreReal
• - Tag a friend in the comments below the post

3.3 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to receive marketing communications from The Super Patch Company.

4. Prize

4.1 One (1) winner will receive an event T-shirt signed personally by Michael Todd.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

4.3 Super Patch reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

5.2 The winner will be notified via email within 1 day after the end of the Entry Period.

5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days of notification, Super Patch reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

6.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Any personal data collected during the course of this giveaway will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Participants agree to receive marketing communications from Super Patch and can unsubscribe at any time.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Super Patch reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Super Patch's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

8.2 Super Patch is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or any other issues that may affect the entry process.

8.3 By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Super Patch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
